Search the address, place the pin on a street-level map, and set the timezone so schedules run on the property's clock rather than a server's.

Keep contact details and preferred language on file, then assign each person to the properties they cover.

Define each piece of work once (mowing, watering, pruning, pool cleaning) with a category and a rough duration.

Assign a task to a property daily, weekly, monthly or every few days. Month-end and leap years are handled for you.

The dashboard shows what falls due today, the next occurrence of everything else, and where something still needs setting up.
